The shelf life of fresh peeled cloves is 2 months and of the finely chopped up to 9 months provided they are in a refrigerator

Our goal is our products to reach the final consumer naturally fresh without containing chemical preservatives and additives or other natural preservatives such as olive oil, brine, vinegar etc. which affect their natural taste and, above all, their physical properties
